Store Specialist (Full-Time)—Short North
Key Daily Responsibilities
• Sales: guide customers one-on-one through the sales process in-store to help them find the right products for their needs in a low pressure, non-commission environment, adapting your approach the each unique individual you work with
• Fitting: become a fit expert and ensure customers love the fit of their clothing and that we consistently get it right the first time
• Service: work with customers on all the various situations that may arise to assist them at the highest level and make them loyal supporters
• Process: champion the Pursuit Way to ensure we are following and constantly improving the processes that allow us to be the best place to shop and work
• Visual Merchandising: ensure the store and products look their best for our customers
• Inventory Management: monitor and update inventory to keep the store prepared to succeed

Requirements
• In-Person Role: the role is in-person, in-store, five days per week
• Retail Hours: evenings and weekends are required with a regular schedule to be kept and occasional changes to help each other
• Reliable Transportation: as part of the role you may need to make occasional visits to our warehouse, tailor, or to deliver directly to customers so a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is critical.
Onboarding
• Training and Onboarding Period: it’s expected you will spend approximately 3 months training hands on with the Store Manager, Operations Manager and Owner, taking on additional responsibilities as you build your knowledge and comfort with specific aspects of the role. At the end of this period we will meet to discuss progress and ensure smooth transition of accountabilities.
• Schedule: we will immediately aim to determine your ongoing weekly schedule while knowing your initial schedule may vary from long-term schedule to accommodate training time along with proper store coverage.
